The hobo combines a ruching technique for the handbag body and a ruffling technique for the embellishments - what could be better than a combo of ruching and ruffling!  Five silk pieces are used for the body and two for the ruffled embellishments.  Use a wonderful trim for the handle and favorite pieces for the ruffled centers. Oh, and this hobo has a zipper!
